Interesting question, it will take a bit of more advanced Grasshopper use, I think. You could take a look into the component "Bomb" it's from the Kangaroo tab > Goals-pt. This will allow an explosion inserting a center point for the bomb and inserting the points you want to use for the explosion. Those points could serve as the center points of your pieces of the building.

There is also a component called SollidCollide under Kangaroo > Collide6dof. This will make sure the pieces of your building will not intersect with each other.
