Bypassing the limits of the bounding volume

Question

Hi lovely tutorial and i see the imminent potential but there are scenarios in which one might want to cantilever once above 2 floors of if one is giving a maximum percentage to build on the pent floor . Is there a way to implement that using this process?

in this case for the cantilever, i would try to describe it,  in the step of bounderies/setbacks. 
and if the cantilevers getting very "wild" than i would add it seperately which isn`t the finest way i guess.
