Is there a way to have a kangaroo optimization on a selection of the panels and keep it attached to their horizontal isocurves of the surface similar to the Phare tower

I am implementing this method into a project for professional portfolio, and I have a question on how to create the supporting structure and adjacent curtain wall system. I want a window system the can site next to the surface where I want and where there are cladding panels I want to have an opaque structure. One method I thought of was to use one of the previous iterations of the surfaces to create the mullions, glass panels, and supporting structure and panels for the clustered panels? I thought using Morphosis technique of geometry optimization by tensile force simulation. I don't know how to write that part of my script. Do you know of a tutorial in Think Parametric, Youtube that covers it? I found some on AN and maybe use part of the tutorial and have it stuck to the floor edges and move along the curve like AN?

That is moare of the question above. Thank you Arie. I will look at the staggered panel definition you posted from another post in the mean time. I will also post more of my question in more posts.

I thought of a method: I would use lunchbox panel component (rectangles) or use subdivide to create parallelograms
Use Kangaroo to optimize for structural purposes (Your assistance here) So this is the first optimization method using Kangaroo, and maybe there is a second optimization method to get the machine learning panels How does AN use the kangaroo optimization to get some regular panels (diagrad to rectanglesHow do get panels that can be turned into a window system and some panels to be support for the down the way clustered panels (Machine Learning).
