I got billed for 1 year even tho I only wanted to be a member for 1 month. please answer to my emails?!

thank you I canceled the membership.. sadly I am 100% sure I chose the monthly billing system as I did many times before. frequently since 3 years so I guess there was some kind of flaw..

Hi Agidius,
That's unfortunate to hear. I checked your account and it is still active. Could you please do the following so you won't get billed anymore:
1) log in to thinkparametric
2) go to your account settings here: https://thinkparametric.com/account-settings
3) Cancel your membership
You will still have access to our library until your next billing cycle would have started.
I'll check what happened and get back to you.

Hi Ägidius ,
I have exactly the same problem. I pressed the button to reactivate my subscription (previously a monthly payment of $29) and it has automatically charged me for a full year without my consent.
I have sent 2 emails, and attempted to call the number on the invoice but I have had no response.
Have you managed to get in contact with anyone?
