Hello, i just didn't get the full concept of the conditional statement in the wind rose. So did we want to know the direction of the wind to solve the over heating of 26 C hours? or to know the source (direction) of the wind that cause these 26 C hours? Thanks

Hi Moha,
Great question. I think your first assumption, to see which hours are over 26C and correlate that with the wind rose and see from which direction the wind is coming. Which was from the west, so when designing you might want to have the possibility to open windows on your west facade. I think it's to get those kind of practical insights quickly when starting to design.
It's also an introduction into how to use multiple sets of data, drybulb temperature and wind, together to do calculations. I believe in the next lessons Mingbo uses more complex sets of different data to work on.
Best,
Arie
