Hi, Vrajsesh! That's unfortunate, did you get some kind of error message when you clicked the "download assets"-button? Could you try if you're able to download the assets using either Chrome, Safari, Firefox or Opera (anything but Internet Explorer/Edge)? Another thing you might want to try is to clear your browsing cache: https://www.google.com/?q=clear+browsing+cache Let me know if this worked for you, Best, Arie
