"Media could not be loaded"

Question

error in trying to play Grasshopper course video "the media could not be loaded, there is either a server error or format is not supported".

What is causing this? Love your videos by the way!

Hi Haley!

Thanks for your kind words! Let's see a couple of things to check, 
1) Is it just this video that doesn't load or all of them?
2) Could you try to clear your web cache: https://www.google.com/search?q=clear+browser+cache ?
3) Could you try to see if it loads on another browser, Safari, Firefox, Chrome or Opera. Basically everything except Microsoft Internet Explorer/Edge.
4) Could you check if it loads on mobile or tablet?
