Problem at the beginning : the left surface doesn't appear entirely

Question

When I started the first lesson, I did always the same way like it, but when I copy the components to put them on the other surface, I didn't work good. I gives this result you can see on the image. Despite I add all my curves on grasshopper like you and follows precisely the lesson. And the two surfaces, despite I tried to redo the shape of the curves like the original pavilion, are intersecting with each other.

Hi Nina!
Thanks for watching the course, I hope you liked it. I believe this has to do with the reference point (it appears on the bottom middle of your image). This point serves as a reference from where all the others will be projected from, the direction is the positive X-direction, if I'm not mistaken. This is why "behind" this point nothing is projected. Try moving it in the negative x-direction, to the left. You'll see that all the points will be projected nicely on top of the surface.
