At 1:12 in the video The text input is grafted. Why is that ? The data structures fed into "Location" and "Text" looks exactly the same with two levels each. So why graft the input text once more ?

Hey Karim!
I`m just at that part and even though they have the same depth they are not the same.
N=1 is not present without grafting
Also, pay attention to the last branch in both lists
